We recommend that you bring along reef safe sunscreen, hats and long sleeve shirts for sun protection. You can check your sunscreen HERE by searching for the brand and type. We do have complimentary reef safe sunscreen available for you to use on board, and also some options for purchase. We encourage you to adopt the use of only reef safe sunscreens throughout your stay to help us protect our marine environment.

Towels are not provided and we ask that you please bring these along with you. This allows us to cut down on the water and energy required to wash hundreds of towels a week.

We boat barefoot and we’ll ask you to kick off your shoes before boarding the vessel, so your choice of footwear is not a concern.

Absolutely not! We have welcomed thousands of first time anglers, snorkelers and boaters over the years. Each one of our crew members is a strong and experienced swimmer, we are all passionate and experienced fishermen (and women) and our priority is to provide a fun, friendly and safe experience. We’re there to guide you through bringing in a fish or to jump right in as your in-water guide for snorkeling and swimming.

Your crew are all STCW (Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping) Certified with additional company policies and best practices in place to ensure the safety of our guests and crew.

If it’s your first time on or in the water, please let us know how we can make your experience more comfortable.

You sure can! As per our local fishing regulations and ‘bag limits’, you are permitted to take 10lbs or one trophy fish of any size, per person. This means you can harvest an accumulated 10lbs of multiple fish or one fish larger than 10lbs. We store your catch on ice in our insulated fish boxes on board and we’ve got a filet table back at the dock where we’ll clean and bag it for you to take with you.

Please note that all billfish and shark species are strictly CPR – Catch, Photo, Release! We do not remove any fish with pointy faces (i.e. bills) or multiple rows of razor sharp teeth from the water. This is not only for the safety of the fish, but also you and our crew.

We have no age restrictions in place because we believe you know your children best. We ask that you please use your judgment when considering whether to bring along the youngest members of your family for activities like deep sea fishing. If you’re not sure, reach out to us and we are happy to discuss.

We welcome guests of all abilities on board and will make the necessary arrangements should your party require special assistance. We have a wheelchair in our family and are here to assist in any way we can. Let us know if there are any considerations for your group and we’ll recommend the best vessel and trip options.

We have a cancellation policy in place to allow us the time to rebook cancelled spots. Our Booking Policy is as follows:

Charters are subject to a deposit of 50% of the booking total, to be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 72 hours or more prior to departure in order to avoid penalties. The Original Panoply

The Original Panoply

From 1998 to 2018

We get asked a lot about the ‘II’ in Panoply II and the origins of the name ‘Panoply’. It goes back to the late 90s when we took ownership of a beautiful 1981 46′ Bertram Sportfisherman named Panoply. Being superstitious, ‘Dad’ didn’t want to change the boat name so Panoply she stayed. After being used for trips out to West Caicos as a floating office and for many family fun days, Panoply Sport Fishing was opened up in the summer of 2008 and she became a charter boat. We have had Panoply for 20+ years now with 8 of those spent chartering with countless catches and thousands of guests. We have enjoyed many amazing crew days, calm days, stormy days, won tournaments, lost tournaments but always had a great time. So, when we got the Viking back in 2018, we paid homage to our original lady by naming the new boat Panoply ‘II’.
