Booking Policy

Charters are subject to a deposit of 50% of the booking total, to be taken at the time of booking. Cancellations must be 72 hours or more prior to departure to avoid penalties. Cancellations made 72 to 48 hours prior to departure will be charged the 50% deposit. Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to scheduled departure will be charged 100% of the booking total. All cancellations must be made in writing to captain@panoply.tc.

Multi-day charter cancellations must be made 90 days prior to departure. The deposit is forfeited if cancelled less than 90 days prior to departure. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to scheduled charter date for multi-day charter bookings.

Inclement Weather

In the event of inclement weather the crew will reach out to reschedule, subject to availability. If there is no option for rescheduling, the charter will be cancelled at no penalty to the guest. Decisions in regards to weather are at the sole discretion of the crew.

Late/No-Shows

Guests who do not arrive within one hour of their scheduled departure time without notifying the crew will be assumed ‘no-shows’, charged 100% of the booking total and their time may be rebooked. If you are going to be late for your charter, notify the crew by telephone, email or text message.
